All players start at 0 points.  Top 9 matches will be used for scoring, total points wins!

Each player gets 1 point for playing, winners get 3 additional points.  Win in 2 sets, get 3 more points, win in 3 sets and winners get 1 additional point and losers get 2 for dragging it out.  Finally, we factor the spread of games, each game is worth 0.5 to the spread so beat the spread get even more points.
